Manufacturing Conversion of a Windows NT4.0 domain to Windows Small Business Server 2003 domain. Installed an extensive CAT5e infrastructure, new communication devices from large metal stamping equipment to the server, bar code reading equipment, and selection of vendors. Performed a full site evaluation for a ship building company. Creating a full modernization plan for their IT infrastructure. Recommend hardware, software and communication vendors for project implementation. Managed the coordination between the vendors, employees and owners. Designed a Vessel Management Computer System for ocean going vessels under new construction working as a liaison between the owners and the builder. Education Designed and created student learning labs at three K-12 private schools. Created, coded and implemented a computerized barcode tracking system used in-house to track the entire life cycle of the customers records from the time the boxes were picked up to the time they were either destroyed or returned to the customer. Not only was the exact location of the box during periods of storage and production, always known, but the contents (which files) were stored in each box was also available.
