What is Project Management?

This is the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating any task or series of tasks.  Many jobs are managed informally, but when there are more than 2-3 people involved it gets to be complicated to keep everyone informed, on task, and on time, and be certain nothing gets overlooked.  Software can help with all these details when it is used by a trained and experienced manager.

The Computer Sleuth can mange projects for you, or set up systems for your staff to be able to manage projects that will keep track of all the details, people, time lines, and costs from start to finish.  He has extensive experience managing projects of all sizes, from a simple network design, planning and installation, to extremely complex, multimillion dollar conversion projects.
